Default Bandsaw Circle Cutting Jig: Anybody know the mag/issue of Mark Duginske'sarticle?

A few months back I came across a very good looking circle cutting jig
in one of the woodworking magazines, by Mark Duginske.
The jig enabled you to cut full circles, semi-circles, and quarter
circles.

Does anyone know which magazine and issue this jig was in?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help,

Joe

I'm sure this is the jig you referred to (but not the mag):

Try February 2003 issue of the Woodworker's Journal
