Default Good background to show off wood?

I have recently started selling some of my work at craft markets.
I have been trying different coloured cloths on the table to present the
wood in the best possible light.
I use mostly gum tree and finish with warm shellac and sometimes danish
oil. I make mostly small ring and larger jewel boxes that retain the
natural shape of the wood.
Sometimes I use a lace tablecloth which makes the wood stand out but it
can get a little boring.
Any thoughts anyone?

Cheers T.
