509: I think it is called a horse. You put your wood in the jaws and step
on the lever below. This holds the wood so you can either carve or use a
drawknife on it.

510: Every farm boy knows this one. It is used to plant seeds. You put the
seeedsin the bag. You begin walking in a straight line. You crank the
handle. The seeds are thrwon out in an arc in front of you. Very hard work.

511: I am guessing that this tool is used to hand process some kind of
fiber.

#509, bench with a vice, couls have been used to hold saws for
sharpening, or other flat objects. The pedal closes the jaws.

#510 - some kind of seed broadcaster or fertiliser spreader?

#512 - Inside of pop-up toaster. (That's what mine looks like)

509: straddle-seat clamping bench, but whether for woodworking or
leather working, I don't know. Stepping on the lever pulls the clamp
shut on the material.

510 a seeder bag. turn the crank, the blades spin, and broadcast seed.
Probably for wheat, rye or some other sort of grass.

514: some sort of woodworking shaver or scraper.

#508: Wild guess: novelty paper "stapler" that joins sheets of paper
without a metal clip.

#509: Shave horse

#510: Old hand-driven grass (or other small seed) seeder. My dad has one
just like this. Kind of curious how much this is worth.

#511: Not a clue

#512: Looks like some sort of card rack

#513: Looks to be an optical stage of some sort, a lens is clamped into the
semi-circular clamp. It can then be precisely positioned in an optical
train in the horizontal and vertical directions with the brass knobs and
verniers

#514: Knife of some sort?
