framing garage for workshop (kinda o/t)
The floor of my garage is a concrete slab with shallow gutters around
the edges that take any water that seeps in through the walls and channels it outside. The walls are made of concrete and the whole thing is built into a hill so in the winter a fair bit of water makes its way into those channels. My question is, is it possible to build a framed wall in such a situation? Certainly don't want to build a mold trap.... Thoughts? |
