Default Help You Southern Guys

I just finshed turning a small grapefruit bowl, and will dry it using
denaturated alcohol. I left the standard 10% in the wall thickness,
but my question is how much warping do you think I will get with this
grapefruit? As you can surmise this is the first piece of this I have
turned. The tree was cut down this week.
Thanks for your help.

You will do a lot better if you leave the alcohol alone and use a 50/50
solution of liquid dish detergent. Soak it for 24 hours and then finish
turning.
