DPS losing the plot?
Anyone had dealings with DPS (www.heatweb.com) recently? Having (with
some difficulty) got a part number for one of their new square Pandora tanks I've had the customer order it from them, but they're sending invoices and suchlike to me and not to her and have my address listed for delivery of the unit. I've emailed them but had no reply. I've also asked on the phone and again by email for the person at DPS who knows about their GX heat stores to contact me about another job for which this sort of device seems suitable, but I've had no response. Anyone knows what's going on? Sounds as if they're falling apart, which is a bit worrying wrt future support of the stuff they do (e.g. spares). |

Elson specialise in square thermal stores, and square everything. Make to size too. Try them. _________________________________________ Usenet Zone Free Binaries Usenet Server More than 120,000 groups Unlimited download http://www.usenetzone.com to open account |

Anyone knows what's going on? Sounds as if they're falling apart, which
is a bit worrying wrt future support of the stuff they do (e.g. spares). I can't say I've had any dealings recently. However, most of the parts are industry standard and unlikely to cause problems with supply. They're probably just snowed under with orders from everyone talking about them on here! Christian. |

They say they will send the Pandora to the customer and not to me, and they did get their GX person to talk to me. Dunno if they'd read my rant first (they didn't mention it) :-) |
