Default room designers

we're converting the basement into a playroom (for childminding) with a
small kitchen area, toilet and storage cupboard.

problem is it's not as big as the rooms we currently use so want to make
the most of the space there is.
SWMBO thinks getting a designer in would be a good idea, just this once
I think she may be right
thing is, where do we find such a person and how much is it likely to
cost ?

main room is 2.5m * 4.5m
kitchen and cupboard (not yet set out) is 3.5m * 1.5m, plan is to have
2m kitchen and 1.5m cupboard

we're in South Wales btw

tah
