Does anyone know how to gain access to the drive belt and clutch?

Yep, I did it last week.

Remove all the torx head screws in the base, some are hidden well, but
are findable. the base comes off the upright bit, then splits apart.

There are also 2 split washers on the ends of the base hindge to take
off.

When you find where to buy the belts, please let me know.
