Service available to BT residential customers only. Use will override
international call barring. The EurExcel weekday runs from 8am to
6pm and the evening from 6pm to 8am, Monday to Friday. The
weekend is all hours on Saturday and Sunday. Subject to terms and
conditions. All prices quoted include VAT and there are no
connection charges. EurExcel EurTalk calls (excluding calls in the
1,800 inclusive minutes) will be billed in one-second increments
after the initial minimum. Inclusive calls will not be itemised on the
bill. Additional calls under 15p (under 50p for calls to mobiles and
0845/0870 numbers) will not be itemised on the bill. Rates to
international destinations, including mobile networks, may not be
applicable to all territories of listed countries. Call the Customer
Care Help Line on 0800 0316 480 for specific rates. Premium rate
services and information lines are not accessible with the EurExcel
service. The service can be cancelled by calling 0800 0316 480.
Cancellation takes approximately 12 working days. Payment other
than by Direct Debit or continuous credit card authorisation will incur
a £1 administration charge per bill. The 30 hours (1,800 minutes) of
inclusive calls for £15.99 applies per monthly billing cycle, per
telephone line. The first 30 hours of qualifying calls will be charged
against inclusive calling time. Minutes not used by the end of the
month will be lost. In the first month, the £15.99 fee will be pro-rated
and in the last month the full fee will be payable for the month or part
thereof.
