Default diverter valve again

We have just had the diverter valve fixed (new diaphragm), but we still
need to turn on the hot tap fully to get it to operate.

Are there any adjustments so set the operating pressure of the valve?

(It's on a Worcester Bosch 28CDi)

The diverter valve is not the same component as the water flow detector
although both may contain a diaphragm.
