I have recieved a letter from el beeb. It incites me to take part in a
survey.

First it must certify I exist, so it tells me it has sent me an email.
That's right, that letter is how I got here, BBC

The web page says that I can change my email address, or continue.
I press continue. It takes me back to the SAME ****ING PAGE

For this I pay my license fee?
