If those PSU's fail they often take quite a few components with them. Panasonic do a repair kit - see http://www.wagner.net.au/Catalogue/10_05.pdf. for details of some part nos. http://www.freelists.org/archives/te.../msg01652.html also has some reference to these SMPSU designs.
