You might need to phone them up and use the "partfinder" service.
Isn't that from that odd Panasonic Switched Mode supply though? If
those PSU's fail they often take quite a few components with them.
Panasonic do a repair kit - see

part nos.

also has some reference to these SMPSU designs. Usually repair isn't
