Having recently been aghast at thew price of felt protective pads to put
under furniture etc on lminate and wooden floors to protect the floor I was pleased to find that there is an alternative at http://www.beldray.com/accessories/covers.htm It is a felt pad to put under an ironing board cover and costs around £5-6 pound mail order . I actually bought one to use on an ironing board but there was a piece left over but if you need some felt to use on your furniture I would buy this before buying the ready made pads .
