If you look at the numbers for 'stay in' or 'peoples vote' you realise they polled far less than that. It is significant because as petitions go, it is massive. And it is reperesntative and it gives a geographical and constituency based view of opinion. Opinion polls are constructed from a far smaller demographic. Curiously, the Isle of Wight seems very concerned about the need for a debate! Too many illegals perhaps. The whole of SE england and the thames estuary seem pretty upset too. -- Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy. It won't make any difference, it isn't that significant. Your NoDeal petition even less so. Time to try and get a grip on reality. Stop making **** up as well. TW |
