There is no female in charge who has qualified to be an engineer because
she is intelligent and able to study ,pass exams get a degree or two and
gets taken on as project manager.
Despite all the studying she has never got her hands dirty on a shovel in
her life and has no intention of doing so or mucking in with the lads when
things go wrong and it takes physical effort to get over a problem.
Usually dressed in an immaculate white set of overalls and a shiny
unscratched hard hat that looks good on a telly documentary about the
project even though it is running late,partly because woman despite what
they may think or wish have a long way to go to overturn what has been
natural for millennia and that blokes will respond to a another bloke
telling em to get a ****ing move on better than some lass sending an email
complaining that targets are in danger of slipping.
