Hi Robert!. I have the same issue... I have been able to get the top off Matilda, and access some of the gear box. I have one wheel working very well (fast and with great torque!) but the other wheel is very half hearted, so she spins around a lot! Its a shame because it looks like it it would be a fantastic robot if i can fix it. Did you get the wheel off? Did you finally get anywhere?
