Floating floor
SWMBO wants a new floor. We currently have mostly very old floorboards
in poor cosmetic condition, and a new floor will help to sell the house. Apparently. We'd need about 50m^2 altogether, about 10m^2 of which would be on concrete. Thing is, I can't quite see the need for 14mm thick boards atop the existing floorboards, but that's what seems to be the recommended option. Now, I know you're a shy bunch, but if there are any opinions before I spend... Cheers -- Clive |
