Don't damage the flap that is designed to be opened by the pump nozzle |

There is no problem you just need a spout on your can that is similar to the filler at the pump |

There is no problem you just need a spout on your can that is similar to the filler at the pump where "similar" is pretty close in size else it won't unlock the filler given also the risks of damaging the capless filler if the spout isn't flexible enough I don't see much benefit over using the funnel (keeping it in a plastic bag or rag to wrap it afterwards) -- Robin reply-to address is (intended to be) valid |

One of the first things you should check on a car new to you is to see if you can loosen the wheel nuts with the supplied brace. Some are so short that you cannot get much leverage I always carry a telescopic wheel brace https://www.toolstation.com/shop/Aut...+Wrench/p93520 or https://tinyurl.com/yag6ddqr Another thing worth checking if you carry a car first aid kit is that it actually has things you may want to use. Mine had enough supplies for a minor operation but was very short of plasters of the correct size when I badly cut a finger. -- mailto: news {at} admac {dot] myzen {dot} co {dot} uk |
