How to identify iron pipe sizes?
I need to remove some redundant pipework and temporarily plug the bits I
can't deal with at the moment, but I don't know what size they are. The approx external pipe diameters are 1.7" (43mm) and 1.3" (34mm) - how can I identify them? |

The actual inside diameter varies according to the Schedule (wall thickness) while keeping the outside the same for that NB. SteveW |
