for calculating the cost of the gas used (using typical UK gas price)? MM |

MM Refer to your supplier and ask for their tariff figures or look at your last bill. The meter may be measuring in cubic metres or in deprecated cubic feet. You can then work out the amount of heat in kW.h using the conversion that they give and add in any factors such as standing charges. You pay by the kW.h Some suppliers charge different prices for the first N kWh ..andy To email, substitute .nospam with .gl |
