![]() Sounds like one of those Screwfix ones. I bought one and found the workpiece clamp doesn't clamp properly, so I discarded it, and fitted an Engineers Vice that I had spare lying around! works a treat. John John, If you hadn't had an engineers vice would you have used it as is or did you think is was unsafe? Roy |

Has it also got a warning notice on the font edge of the baseplate. If so what language is it in? Mine started "Achtung"!.... Never did find out what it was all about... :-) Thanks, Roy |
