Default syphonic wc

I have a syphonic wc, probably put in in the early 60s, just marked
with "Standard" on the back of the pan.

It appears to be leaking a steady dribble past the air purge "bomb",
as evidenced by the ball valve constantly dripping without level
change. Everything else seems to work.

Is replacing the "bomb" or seals difficult and how likely am I to find
the right parts, as there appear to be many different "Standard"
syphonic wcs?
