Default Ceramic Halogen Hob - just fitted - questions?

Required removing affected 4 tiles & then cutting out the worktop to
required depth 490mm. Can anyone advise with following? Anyone used the
special tile jigsaw blades with success? Two for GBP 3.59 at B&Q. I need
to cut L shapes in 2 of the existing tiles to shape and refit. I have 7
spare tiles if needs be.

Also used hob for first time tonight. Slightly discoloured on the
halogen cooking area. Instruction sheet suggests Jif to clean. Any
practical hints on using the hob and keeping it clean? Ceramic cooking
areas cleaned up with no problem with a damp cloth.

Incidentally we now have a lot of undersize pans and frying pans to put
into storage ie of less than 145mm radius or not completely flat base.

Thanks

Re tiles.
Angle grinder with diamond disk.
No problem.

Is thirteen your lucky number?

That's how many years ago Peter Jones posted.
