Default Sun porches

Surely all those companies that are pushing opaque roofs on conservatories
are a bit dodgy....what if the sunporch is over a living room daylighting
window? .....

I thought there might be planning issues.
If a roof is glazed, it's a conservatory.
If not, it isn't.

what is wrong in trying to get answers to issues that have annoyed me for
years which seemed to have no answer...but then again they still
don't.....So I will leave you all to it Ta Ta ....Jim
