Any tiles that didnt last 25 yrs + in domestic setting would be terrible tiles. If done well they should last a century. Such a guarantee is worth jack anyway, if the tile breaks you just say it was abused. And since tile failure is more or less always down to the adhesive or workmanship, not the tile, its doubly valueless.

And no, I dont think anyone here buys from spammers, or has any respect for them.
