To justify it's headline the article says that she:

'implied that UK voters €śsimply cannot€ť make an €śinformed
decision€ť over the future of the UKs role in the European Union'

But doesn't in any of the quotes say what she did say to imply those

As a source, I trust Breitbart about as far as I trust Harry. Even the

Ultimately that's true for all electors at all elections. Basically
it's EU code for "we don't think electors should have any say in what
we, the EU, do."

Which is why of course they ;eave all the decision making to an
unelected unsackable elite of EU commissioners. Or Politburo as its
generally known.

Anyway, repeated referenda are invariably required to get the 'correct'
outcome.
