Default EDF to restart all reactors after safety tests show no problems

Remember the dire warnings that all UK reactors were going to be shut down?

well the answer is of course some were, but only the reactor that
prompted the safety review will stay down for now. The rest are cleared
to restart.

Thus saving DECC's bacon..as the peak capacity margin was looking
decidedly dodgy without them.

Currently Sizewell B is being refuelled, Heysham 1.1 and Hartlepool 1.1
are still down and the rest are coming up to probably reduced load.

With luck there will be 8GW of nuclear back on line by Xmas.

Wylfa - the last magnox in the world - will be down in early DEC for
refuelling and then should carry on for another year before finally
closing in DEC 2015..
