Default OT Evening September

I remember Brian was having some trouble with Evening September.
Packed in for me as well.
Anyone else?

If you mean Eternal September yes, it's running very slow and won't post any
messages. If you can read this one, then it looks like they've fixed it

It's a bit slow but still working here. Can you increase the duration
before it times out?

Not working here for most of the day. I could not connect to their
website either.
I've fired up my Albasani account for now.

Dreadful here - I've switched news servers again - E-S is down quite
often these days.

news.individual.net hardly ever goes down
and never for long and costs peanuts. E10 a year.

E-S has been hopeless here, too, and I've been trying to engage in
discussing an important (only to me) feature of Windows 8.1 that has
just ensured that a local business has stuck to W7 on their new laptop .

Eventually, I had to send via my Demon system. The posting turned up on
E-S, but when last looked, not via Demon incoming news.

I suppose I'm going to have to pay.

Maybe the whole internet is turning into a toy that pipes television
down ancient wires instead of broadcasting it.

It lost a server which had the database and web server on it.
He's fixed the database somewhere else temporarily, so posting works again.
He intends to install it on a new system tomorrow.

Reading news has not been impacted for me, only posting.

FWIW, they're well worth E10 a year just for the spam filtering.

+1
I've been using them since before they started charging.

It's like Eternal September, but only works at the end of the day.

Haha but actually the opposite. Seems to work fine all day and then
grinds to a halt in the evenings.
