Default fernox f6

Hi,

Whilst browsing the BES web site, I saw that Fernox now make an F6
"energy saver" additive, which claims to improve heat transfer
efficiency. The fernox web site does not give any further details.
What it is and does it work?

I have always used fernox products in the past because it was a name I
had heard of. Are other makes just as good. I see tool station and BES
sell some other brands that I had not heard of before.

TIA
