Has anyone got any experience with this material? Is it good.

It costs the same, but it has no resale value, so unless it's in a position
where it's highly likely to be stolen, it's not worth bothering with,
considering that once it's been vandalised (by thieves thinking it's lead),
it's going to need repairing or replacing anyway

Its ideal for flashings, aprons, valley’s and short central gutters. But it’s not a very good bossing material it’s also not very good for soaker & over tile flashing. If used for aprons its advisable to use a Leadmate adhesive underneath to hold it down. Used on valley's tops and central gutter ends it wont boss round. In all its ok used in straight pieces.
