Smart Charger circuit
Anybody have a schematic for a 'SMART' charger .....or 3 state to give
it another name for a Lead Acid Batteries. Have battery charges and several 12V supplies ... be good to make up a SMART charger that would allow me to leave 12V Lead Acid or CA/CA on 'float' charge. |

They do them several times a year for about 13 quid. Cheaper than you could make one for. They are excellent. -- *Middle age is when it takes longer to rest than to get tired. Plus a series resistor to limit charge current to 14 hour charge rate. This is sometimes explained on the battery cases. An exact 12v regulated supply wouldn't fully charge them, but would probably keep them in good condition. rusty |
