Vehicle road wheels to fall off a lot (and that this isn't widely viewed as a reason to stop the vehicle). To listen to loud and dreadful pop music whilst driving very fast. Perhaps it's just once dash-camera that's captured lots of accidents? |

Probably the same here these days, I know a number of cyclists who use them
