If they do what they usually do, it will be NFA. They simply ignore
complaints about a prolific UK spamhaus that always registers as "non
trading".

Not IME, their response to a previous complaint

"Thank you for contacting us regarding the *****.co.uk domain name. You
have informed us that you believe that the domain name is incorrectly
opted out of the WHOIS. We have investigated *****.co.uk and have issued
notice to the registrant and registrar that the address details for the
domain name will be opted in to the WHOIS unless changes are made so
that the domain name meets the opt-out criteria."

And after a couple of weeks it was opted-in.

They only seem to do that if there is a website associated with the
spam. My complaints were against a spamhaus that registers hundreds of
domains as "non-trading" then uses these to temporarily house spamsites
for third parties. Nominet looked at a couple of sites and concluded
that the spam does not spam the services of the registrant therefore
NFA.

Which there was in that case, and is in this case.

Every time I've complained, they've fixed it within a day.
