Not IME, their response to a previous complaint "Thank you for contacting us regarding the *****.co.uk domain name. You have informed us that you believe that the domain name is incorrectly opted out of the WHOIS. We have investigated *****.co.uk and have issued notice to the registrant and registrar that the address details for the domain name will be opted in to the WHOIS unless changes are made so that the domain name meets the opt-out criteria." And after a couple of weeks it was opted-in. |

My complaints were against a spamhaus that registers hundreds of domains as "non-trading" then uses these to temporarily house spamsites for third parties. Nominet looked at a couple of sites and concluded that the spam does not spam the services of the registrant therefore NFA. |

Nominet looked at a couple of sites and concluded that the spam does not spam the services of the registrant therefore NFA. Huh! |
