Default keeping driveway clean

Yes you can apply a pre emergence fungicidal wash which will stop algee etc growing for around six months. Applying a sealant will also prevent moss and algee but will make your driveway look shiny. It will last 2 to 5 years depending on the type of sealant used. This will stop weeds but if you dont want to apply a sealant use a long term weedkiller such as pathclear. This link may be useful
