Default Core bore arbors

I've had a set of 3 TCT core borers for some years.
Needed a different sized one, so picked up a 78mm diamond Blue Spot
one. Get home, only to find the thread diameter on the new one is
very slightly less, and the arbor won't screw in to it. Curses...
