I was in my local SF depot last Tues & they had huge piles of 14.4 & 18v combi's at silly prices. Just looked at the SF web site & only 2 products show, 110v angle grinder & 14.4v Combi. Interesting. -- Dave - The Medway Handyman www.medwayhandyman.co.uk |

I got a srewfix spring update catalog yesterday with Site drills, jigsaws, circular saws and angle grinders all at lower prices. Any opinions on Site tools as i am looking for a cordless driver and these prices look tempting as my tools spend most of the time in the tool cuboard they're good and certainly at the prices they are going for now an absolute steal as long as you realise that they are a clearance item so replacement under warrantee could be a problem, as could the availability of spare parts. However they appear to be almost identical to Makita comparable modal and the battery's of the cordless drills are interchangeable with Makita's -- Mike |
