Default Home Alarm gone wrong

After a complete disaster with our home alarm I have CALL ENG displayed
on our alarm system. Is there a way to reset the alarm without the
expense of an engineer issuing us with a reset code?

Our alarm is a Menvier TS700

Partner is going to kill me for almost causing a neighbourhood disaster,
so please, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Disconnect mains.
Disconnect internal battery.
Disconnect sounder battery.
Wait a while
Reconnect all power.
or join
http://www.pdf-zoo.com/manual.pl?manual=7702
and download a manual

The default engineer code is 1234 - if this has been changed, you may find a
call to whoever installed or maintained it, will reveal the code (but
probably won't)

Next step is a full factory reset, but this will then mean you will need to
reprogram it from scratch.

I have an engineers manual for it if you want it - just post an email
address (disguised so you don't get spam!) and I will send it to you
