We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Tim W saying something like: All a complete load of ********, if you stop and think about it, isn't it So's being an atheist. "We, inclusing the universe, all randomly appeared by a massive convergence of unlikely chances guided by the laws of physics and evolutions." What a load of ******** - who'd believe that tosh? Works for me, but then again I can figuratively look infinity in the eye and shrug. That's the problem with believers, see, they can't expand their minds enough to just accept there isn't some great big figure up there looking after them. It's a bizarre concept and I just let them get on with it if it keeps them happy. |

When they have power they try and impose their stu^W beliefs on others and that is just wrong. The others aren't evil they just don't need the crutch. |

You need a stick and a carrot to teach the young 'uns how to behave. Once they grow up, they should realise why its necessary to behave properly without. Many never do grow up. |

Mind you, which of us wouldn't pray to something or another when the going got tough? They say atheists have never been to sea |
