Not that I agree with the OP - I don't.
However, this newsgroup's charter is surprisingly non-restrictive:
No advertising
No binaries.

Irrelevant cross-posting may be against the OP's ISP's conditions though, except
he's hidden who his ISP or newsserver is. I really think posts without any
originating IP or valid abuse contact should simply be binned at the server
level.
