Banner
Local martial arts centre has taken to using giant banners (10m x 1m) to
advertise. I get paid to put them up & then take them down a month later when the offer changes. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l2...otos/today.jpg This is the second one they have used, & most of the eyelets in the new banner matched the holes & plugs I used to secure the first one. I did have to redrill & plug three positions because the eyelets aren't spaced with a great deal of accuracy. I'm wondering if it would be better to install four big & sturdy eye bolts & use nylon rope through the eyelets in the banner, certainly easier on a windy day! Question is, how to tension the rope so the banner hangs nice & straight? Any thoughts? -- Dave - The Medway Handyman www.medwayhandyman.co.uk |
