VCR to DVD

You can buy these with various DVD write software applications. I have used use "Pinnacle Studio" (purchased separately) to edit old videos and movies to PC files and/or DVD. The Dazzle interface does what it says on the tin, presenting the VCR to the PC as if it was a camera. I guess you could use this with Windows Movie Maker to edit and make DVD's as well. D |

Basic though - simply switching on the VCR, then hitting the DVD recorder's record and stop buttons as I see fit: ie, no pretty front end menu on the DVD or editing of the video, both of which are possible (if required) if you do it via a PC. I can edit, create chapters etc with my HDD/DVD recorder -- geoff |
