Default Download Full TV Shows

It would be really great if an ISP offered some sort of system (maybe
similar to you tube) where their subscribers could download all of the
latest TV shows for some sort of fixed monthly fee on top of their
internet plan fees. The benefits of this system over the current
system (download tv shows illegally over the internet via torrent
sites) would be.

Well now there’s a way to download full TV programs over the Internet
legally! Visit us at; http://www.WatchTVonInternet.com/

They already do. CH4, BBC, ITV and CH5, watch it all.

Well, typically only if you're currently within the country and running
Windows, otherwise you're SOL. So there's merit in having
OS-independent downloads free of geographical shenanigans, but I don't
think I'd go near one from a spammer...
