Do these following products actually give a noticably difference in heat
from radiators?

Anyone on here used these who can comment?

No, basically.

the radiant losses to the walls are very very low. If you have solid
brick, and the B&Q tiles have a couple of mm of styrene foam,that will
make a bit of difference tho.

My mother had some people round to improve her insulation. (One of those
free for oldies programmes.) They puty these reflective things behind
all her radiators. All of which are on internal walls. Definitely not
worth doing that!
