Hi
What kind of sealant is usually used to seal tiles/bath joints?

Also what is used to seal the gap between vinyl flooring and the walls/bath
sideboard

Is it silicon both times?

No, silicone.

Recommend Dow Corning 785 - not cheap, but good flexibility and mould
resistance.

Screwfix has it at £3.05 reduced from £4.55 then £4.45 Seems to be a
bigger tube as well...It's a different Item Number as well so dunno if
they are actually the same product but I think they are .
