Default Fixing extruded polystyrene to itself and to plywood

I need to fix some extruded polystyrene insulating board to a plywood
loft hatch.

Anyone able to suggest an adhesive that will fix two layers of the
polystyrene together and then the two layers to the plywood?

Any solvent free "No More Nails" type stuff will stick it firm.

water based contact like latex glue, or even PVA, though it takes
forever to dry with styrene to styrene joins

I found silicone sealant worked well when I was making an incubator a
