Default the singing boiler

Hi all, I'm down at the folks, when we turn on the hot water, most
times, a tone comes out of the boiler , quite a high tone. The cold
water pipes supplying the boiler can be felt to vibrate. The boiler is
a Vokera minute 20se.

Any ideas?
