Default shower & bath grab rail bonding

There is a note against an ABS bath or shower grab rail in Screwfix
catalog no 83 page 469 item code 61433 stating 'No earthing ie
bonding, as I understand it required'.

OK so far; but curiously there is no such note against the 3 steel grab
rails (eg item code 45290) offered alongside.

Normally this type of grab rail is fixed by screws or bolts to the wall
in the shower or above a bath without external contact & thus should
not require bonding SFAIUI. So when would bonding be required ? If I
understand incorrectly, how should such a grab rail be bonded?

TIA
