Default Noggins - do i need them? (Decking)

Finishing off the base

Centre part is 1mtr 80cms
Do I need noggins between these joists ?

Noggins are useful to avoid the 6 x 2 twisting and they do stiffen a deck
up. Not vital, but if you have offcuts why not.
