New Ikea KVIST Wooden flooring and quality of there lining question
Hi guys,
Im looking to get wooden/laminate flooring to cover all of my flat. I have just noticed Ikea doing a new wood rather than laminate (i think) floor type here http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/store...rentCats=15582 Does anyone have any experience with this? I was considering going for Pergo but this stuff looks pretty good. One of my main concerns is the sound proofing quality of ikeas lining here http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/store...rentCats=15582 i live on the first floor and getting good quality sound proofed lining is going to be quite important i think. Pergo has lots of solutions with Pergo Original floor with SoundBloc, a built-in sound absorber and whisperwalk lining. If you guys could let me know of your experiences i can make a informed decision about what to do, obviously pergo costs more but if ikea are matching there laminate price with actual wood flooring surely thats better? thanks in advance! |
