How much would I expect to pay a brickie for single storey shell (brick
/ block cavity), approx 2 sides x 4m, 1 x side 5m, 3rd side is of course the house. Shell with 2 windows, 1 door. Thanks, Simon. |

out, lay foundations etc... AND what part of the country you live (c; approx 3.5 metres high against party wall (one leaf, screw ties), 2.5 at other side. I lay foundations, they lay bricks from the foundations to floor level, I lay the slab, they lay bricks up to roof level. I do the rest. In the Midlands. I suppose I just need to get some quotes. Simon, you're forgetting the tea breaks, toilet breaks, etc.. I've no doubt that brickies can lay x bricks an hour, but whether they'll lay those bricks for you all day long is another matter... |
